Villa on the Bay

Lovely two day stay at the Villa in Sanya, away from any crowds and a nice beachfront mostly to ourselves. Breakfast was quite good even if dinner on-site was more average, but quite close to downtown Sanya so plenty of local dining options within easy reach. Very pleasant little retreat!

Schönes Resort - etwas ausserhalb- und auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Strand - viele abgestorbene Korallen und Muscheln. Nicht geeignet zum barfusslaufen. Wasser sauber und warm - jedoch nicht sehr tief.

Beautiful property

Th property is located in a quiet neighborhood and is perfect for families and couples. I enjoyed the private pool and the outside bathtub. In the morning, you could hear birds which is refreshing. Staff is friendly and attentative. The beach is great as well although you cannot swim in it due to water conditions. I really enjoyed the stay.

The property is quiet and beautifully maintained. Staying at the pool villa is dream-come-true and swimming under the moonlight is a quite unique experience. Staff is friendly and attentive. Wendy from the spa is exceptiaonal. Her neck and back massage at sunset just left a sweet touch to the whole experience.

酒店环境位置很好，设施略旧，服务有瑕疵

整体感受非常好。酒店地理位置很好，离市区很近，自有海滩也非常漂亮。客房私密性很强，很安静，在酒店入住不会受打扰。但是房间设计不算合理，虽然别墅面积很大，但是很多区域其实极少会用到。房间设施比较旧，卫浴设备不好用。住了一晚豪华泳池别墅和一晚海景泳池别墅，房间基本一样，海景别墅也基本看不到海，但是视野开阔性会好很多。再到三亚还会选择这家酒店，不过住最基础的房型就好了，体验差距不大。 但是，整体中还是有一些瑕疵，9月24日下午办入住的女生工作交接中有严重的问题，导致第二天更换房间（两天订了两个房型）时酒店完全没有安排，等待酒店通知和打扫浪费了一两个小时时间。事后道歉极无诚意，居然是送了一个包含两个香蕉一个梨子的目测人民币不超过7元钱的果盘，而果盘其实每天正常都会有。事情不大，但是处理态度太令人生气，送果盘的补救方案简直匪夷所思。 其他工作人员服务都很好。 这次住了悦榕庄、丽思卡尔顿和保利瑰丽，综合看悦榕庄还是不错的，位置加分大于服务减分，所以下次还可能会选择这里，只是千万不要再碰到上次那个前台。

設備殘舊及壞掉，沒有更換新的。例如沐浴露瓶出水柄位已生铹及脫掉，沒有更換新的。視頻列表所顯視的視頻不正確，80多號以後我視頻是沒有的。我住的是家庭房，樓上樓下，電話不能從房間打通到另一房。

Property was beautiful, and well maintained. However, the villa was very dated and not clean. The layout was strange. There was a weird smell in the rooms. A bit complicated to get a taxi if you don’t have a taxi app or know a taxi phone number.

Wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in Banyantree Sanya with very relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. Especially we do appreciate Peter’s support throughout our stay. Although it was not warm enough for swimming, it was great to take outdoor bathtub and jacuzzi under the moonlight.

Nice hotel, poor service, NO English.

The hotel is beautiful and had everything to be amazing. Nevertheless, the service was terrible. Probably 98% of the staff didn't speak English and from the remaining 2%, 1% did speak English but didn't speak Chinese. It was impossible to ask for an omelette with 2 eggs at breakfast as a point of reference. Staff would answer ¨yes yes yes¨ even though they actually didn't understand a word of what you were asking. In a hotel of this level, with this kind of pricing you cant forget about the service, its what makes a big part of the whole experience.

とにかく古いです。建物も、内装も。ソファがカビ臭くて、離れは使えませんでした。ホテル内のレストランは気の利かなさがひどいですが、味は満足できました。中国語ができたので困りませんでしたが、英語はほとんどの人が通じません。 しかしながら、家についているプールは最高でした。すごくのんびりできて、非日常を味わえるのは間違いありません。朝ごはんのビュッフェのレベルは高かったです。

最高の休暇

大変ゆったりした、最高の休暇が過ごせる施設です。部屋にプールがあり、十分な大きさなため、共有プールに出向くこともなかった。また、プライベートビーチもかなり良く、美しい景色に、完璧な設備で大変ゆったりできた。食事も問題なく美味しかったし、スタッフの対応も良かった。

I very enjoy staying in Banyan Tree Sanya, their services is really good especially the front desk gave us lots of support. We got upgrade to the Deluxe Villa, the room is really nice and pool is big. Their food is good, much better then I expected. They are very caring to their guest, one day front desk called and ask how is my stay in hotel? is everything ok? and I just told him the bed is a bit soft cause my back is not so good. And they immediately arranged the staffs to add the wood board under my bed in order to make it harder. It really impress me. All their staff is very kind and polite. I really have a good time and will stay in Banyan tree again if I go to Sanya next time!!!

寧靜浪漫假期

Pool Villa 非常舒適及潔淨，有絕對私隱。整個resort非常寧靜，不會充滿旅客。 食物水準一般，露天餐廳的設施例如座椅不乾淨黏手。餐廳外的公眾洗手間的潔淨完全不合乎7星级resort的水準。 旅程最後一天，最令人失望是spa，房間有點舊的感覺，Therapist原來只有17歲，按摩水準可評為"good"，按摩療程附送的cleansing facial令我氣憤，Therapist用力摔我的臉部，弄痛及弄醒我。療程完成後的靜心時間，Therapist竟然在我和先生面前收拾床單!給我喝止! 梘液盎是塞住，要把塞住的梘液弄出，才能按出梘液冼手。 這些情況在check-out 時都已告訴職員。

Very quiet, private and relaxing!

Spent long weekend here. Grounds are simply stunning and the villas are extremely private. The private pool is a great feature. The inside of the villa we were in was a little 'tired' looking however, very clean and comfortable. There was a constant drip from the AC vent in the ceiling in the bathroom which made the floor a bit slippery, but we just put the bath mat down to catch it. No big deal really. The food was delicious! The staff had a good understanding of English, we had no troubles at all making ourselves understood. On the whole it was a great weekend. Thoroughly enjoyed it and will probably return at some point.

2 day stay @ Banyan tree Sanya

A private retreat resort. Surrounded by natural vegetation and a exclusive private beach. The room is spacious and the room was scented with sandal wood incense. Not to mention there is a private pool with a outdoor hot water spa tub. There is a seperate living space connected to the bedroom via a walkway giving privacy for 2 different activities. Every morning you are likely to be awaken by calls of nature. A recommended resort for enjoying private and quite rest from the bustling city life
