"Not impressed at all. I have stayed in the Chelsea Hotel in the past and since the pandemic the quality of this hotel has dropped significantly."

"Stayed in a suite which was roomy Hotel is old and could use some updating but clean (hallways and rooms) Kitchen was lacking glasses and bowls Overall great location and would stay again!"

"There is no continental breakfast at this hotel and with paying a resort fee and not using the other amenities, there should at least be something like that available. "

"Quick, good service at check in. Rooms clean. Great location to resturants and events - CN tower, Rogers Centre, Aquarium ect NO parking - wish I knew prior to arrival. Difficult to find a spot. Poor lighting in the bathroom."
