"Hotel was conveniently located in relation to the airport .Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful Rooms very clean and the bed was fantastic best mattress in a hotel by far not to mention the pillow were great also Cons : There is no more continental breakfast they have opened restaurant so don't include in booking room We will be staying again on our return trip "

I believe the reason is the design and construction of structure itself - if you are on the ground or second floor, you can hear almost every footstep, clump, door close, etc. I am not sure what the hotel can do about this, but I think it is a significant issue. "The Chelsea was a convenient place for us to stay. It's an old building but well kept. The one drawback we found was that it was very noisy. We could hear people in the hallway from our room plain as day. They have a lovely pool and hot tub also."

"Hotel room was clean, staff was lovely. Breakfast was great! Room is quite small. Every time I walked past my bed, I bumped into the tv mounted on the wall. Parking can be an issue. Although we ended up finding parking nearby, the underground garage listed as the Holiday Inn’s parking only allowed vehicles under 5’7” which our van did not comply with. Pool and change rooms were very clean as well. VERY warm but only a complaint if you were a bystander and not actually in the water. "
