"This was a perfect location for visiting Universal Florida and Islands of adventure. It was not as crowded as other hotels in the area. Staff was extremely helpful."

"Love the pool and lazy river. The 26$ per day for parking is a bit steep. Especially for us Canadians who have to convert. The rooms are showing their wear. I’ve been there when they first opened and there doesn’t seem to be any room updates. Hot water in shower was an issue, broken closet door. Bathroom very dated and worn."

"Room was big and had a good layout, but needed some updating or fixing, some wear and tear on the room noticeable. Did not like that We had to pay so much for parking. We did like how close it was to the Disney parks. Couldn’t use the waterslides due to thunderstorms, but the rest of the amenities indoors were nice to have."
