"We absolutely loved the time we spent at this VRBO. The views off the deck were Stunning. The lake sunrise/sunsets, the morning birds, squirrels, deer and wildlife. It was an easy walk down to the lake as well as to restaurants and coffee shop. The house was super clean, the pool was wonderful and the beds were comfy. If you enjoy bird watching then this is the place for you!!! The hosts were excellent, we would stay here again for sure.Thank you for opening your home for us to enjoy!"

"This is a nice little place to stay for a reasonable price. A cute property in a great location if you are looking to do some activities in the Arenal area. The deck out back was peaceful and had a nice view. There were a lot of big ants especially in the shower area. Anytime the water turns on, the ants enter through a hole above the shower spout because it is not properly sealed. There is also no washer or dryer. It can be loud at night with the neighbors dogs next door and the dirt bikes...

"We thoroughly enjoyed the friendly and peaceful atmosphere at Chachagua. The house, “la casa Ute”, was delightful, it was well equipped and in a beautiful setting from where we could watch and listen to the birds and other critters for hours from the deck. Even toucans came to visit!The staff at the resort were very friendly and welcoming, letting us use the pools and facilities as if we were guests. We did book a couple of tours through them. "
