"We had cut our trip short. Staff was great about returning our money for one night - we thought. Checked my credit card activity and the one night has not been credited. I just got back from a trip today so I’ll have to call asap to get my money."

"This was not at all what we expected. Our room was borderline disgusting. We only needed to sleep and shower and there was hot water and a decent bed, but everything else was gross. The bathroom especially looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Light bulbs did not work. The fridge was rusted on the outside. The WiFi didn’t work. We will not be back. "
