My room was clean and comfortable with a nice outlook over the barges on the Quays. Breakfast was particularly nice for a self-serve, all food fresh and tasty. I will be back."

"We were a bit disappointed that we didn't really have tie to use the spa - but the hotel itself was great. Room lovely, breakfast excellent. We also missed eating in the restaurant as there were no tables free. We went into the small Italian around the corner which was really super. "

"The bathroom was dirty, the toilet seat wasn't on straight. Blood on the bed sheet. Staff were not interested and unhelpful. We had to pay to park at the hotel when we arrived. We thought we would try to spa and we also had to pay for that. We asked for towels in the spa and the staff just shrugged and said there wasn't any. The changing rooms were dirty and no lockers to put valuables. The steam room was set at the temperature of the sun and the sauna wasn't on "

"This is an immaculately clean, functional hotel with no frills, which met all of our needs and served us very well. The breakfast buffet was excellent. We stayed 2 nights and the room wasn’t serviced in that period - something to be aware of - but fresh towels etc are available on request. Staff were excellent throughout. Parking was plentiful and was an extra charge ( £5 per night) - entirely reasonable. All in all, outstanding value for money and would definitely stay there again. "
