"Was a clean hotel with nice staff. Decor and set up is pretty modern and somewhat boring. Rooms clean and comfy, nothing fancy. On the smaller side. Not a lot of restaurant options inside but connects to the promenade that has restaurants. Didn’t drink at the bars inside, a lot of the bar seats seem to have gaming screens not just regular seats. That might just be the norm at casino bars these days. "

"Staff was extremely rude. Asked for help with my bags and they walked away from me. Twice. Requested towels three times and never got them. Was charged an extra $200 for a ‘resort fee’ on top of what I paid through the app and when I asked questions about it so that I could understand the front desk agent rolled her eyes, got passive aggressive and talked down to me and the preceded to speak over me and call the next guest in lineup to the counter. I will NOT be back. Hugely disappointing and waste of money."

"We really liked staying off the Strip - the vibe at Virgin was much less frenetic. It’s not very walkable, but there was a small strip mall across the street with a CVS and a couple good restaurants. Highly recommend the Korean BBQ place! Rooms were spacious and clean, although a bit oddly designed. There was a lovely dressing room but it had no drawers for clothing, and there weren’t any in the bedroom either. There was a kitchen area with a counter & sink, with space for a mini-fridge, but no fridge. Lovely views. Staff was uniformly excellent, from housekeeping to spa staff. The restaurants on the property were very good with excellent food and service. We enjoyed the spa, where we had relaxing treatments. Disappointed that the spa pool was closed. Great gym. It was mid-March, and we were disappointed that there was only one pool open. It was very small and very crowded. But all in all, we had a good experience at Virgin and would stay there again. "

"The room was clean and comfortable, however provided amenities were okay. There wasn’t any hand soap so we had to buy our own despite staying for only a week, not sure if it’s only just our room though. Other than that, the location of the hotel is the best. Incredibly convenient as it connects to nearby malls and the strip. Definitely a 8/10"
