"It is a nice hotel. However the room wasn’t clean upon arrival. The bathroom was dirty with hair in the sink and on the countertops."

"Generally dated and may need renovations. However it’s kept clean and well staffed. Hair dryer motor was burnt out but maintenance replaced it within 15 minutes, excellent! Casino staff and interior restaurant staff friendly and professional"

"Room large and clean, wasn’t blown away by the hotel if I’m honest but on the other hand had nothing really to complain about. I did wait ages for check in though (after 22 hours of travel and 11pm at night, so not ideal) as the online way of doing it said I didn’t have a room that was available, only a few staff working on the counter, they were good despite being under a lot of pressure. "

"Make sure you go to the actual front doors upon arrival instead of where GPS takes you. The walk was horrendous to reception through the entire place before getting to check in. Hotel is fine. "
