"I didn't have breakfast as i don't eat in the morning but the staff were very helpful and the hotel is a great wee retreat if your looking for something relaxing i will definitely be booking there again i highly recommend this hotel "

"Viajamos en Familia para conocer Edinburgo y estuvimos muy comodos en este hotel! Si bien no está en el centro, está al lado del zoo y la zona es muy tranquila. La parada de micros está en la puerta, llegan muy rapido al centro y al aeropuerto. La espera es breve. El hotel está muy bien equipado, las camas cómodas, toallas suficientes, Pava electrica para prepararse café, té con leche. El desayuno es muy abundante y variado, desde platos calientes, huevos, panceta, bollería, panqueques, yogurt, frutas, cereales y café expresso, te, chocolate y jugos. La zona del desayuno es muy bonita y tiene un Starbucks también! El personal es muy amable. El hotel cuenta con pileta e hidro climatizados. El dia del check out pudimos dejar nuestras valijas en consigna para poder recorrer y volver por ellas mas tarde. Sin duda volveriamos a alojarnos! "

"The Airport shuttle was a nice touch. Also we had our room upgraded which they didnt need to. I can only say good things about Dekota. Edinburgh and Glasgow are both top tier."

"A new hotel,easy access to the tram service to the airport and Edinburgh. Rooms were very good.Restaurant was clean with an excellent breakfast (20 pounds) a bit on the expensive side.Evening menu had a good choice and the food was excellent. The only down side was the privately owned car park,which costs 12 pounds per day.The QR code didnt accept my Barclays bank credit card so we had to pay at the hotel reception. You have a 30 minute grace period and then you will get a 100 pound fine if you dont pay with your car registration number. No discount for Novotel guests.There is a KFC and Krispy Kream donut shop less than 1 minute from the hotel enterence,and a Tesco's and Outlet shops 3 minutes walk as well . A nice location for many people but a little pricey if you plan to stay for a long time."

"Staff were excellent. Room upgrade as lift to our room not working due to mobility problems. Free disabled parking and excellent value for money in central Edinburgh "

The onsite gym and pool are a big bonus, especially compared to other hotels in the area. Staff are generally friendly and helpful, and check-in is quick and easy."
