"Our stay was incredibly comfortable. Although not located in the most popular part of Sanya (i.e. yalong bay), we enjoyed the tranquility and exclusivity of the location. The service was impeccable and prices reasonable. The rooms are spacious and very well equipped."

"There are no pans or utensils to cook in the room. There were no glasses or wine glasses, the kitchen is just for decoration. There is no washer and dryer in the room as stated in the room description. Had a huge building right in front of the room, so close that I needed to use the blinders all the time. "

"部屋は綺麗に掃除されていてよかったです。シャワーが壊れていて残念でした。水が出ないわけではなかったのですが、横からかなり漏れていました。朝食は普通でした。果物などもっと美味しいかとおもっていましたが、それほどではなかっだので残念です。立地が主要な観光地より少し離れていてあまりよくないので、ホテルからもう少しほかのところへ出かける手段を提供してほしいです。一日5本ほど近くのビーチに送ってくれる車はありましたが、少ないですし、帰りは自分で帰ってこないといけないのが不便でした。もう少しホテルスタッフに英語が話せる人が欲しい。"

The crew were so accommodating, the place extremely clean and modern. It’s close to the beach but not too close making it so quiet. The ocean view from my room was spectacular and serene and most importantly the price is so reasonable. I’m so grateful that Ascott made such a great property in such a great location. "I like the space and cleanenss of the room. And staffs were friendly even though they can't speak English well. The conditions of the hotel especially the room was old and rusty but overall it was acceptable and ok. Swimming pool and breakfast buffet were good."
