"The hotel was exceptionally clean, modern and very well maintained. Our room was spotless, comfortable and felt fresh. The staff were a standout, incredibly polite, friendly and always welcoming with a smile. They made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay, which really elevated the experience. The only minor downside was on our first morning at breakfast. It was very busy, a bit chaotic and felt slightly overwhelming. That said, this was clearly due to the high volume of guests and not a reflection of the hotel or the staff. Everyone was doing their best and I don’t place any blame on the hotel or team at all. Overall, a great experience and a hotel I would happily return to and recommend to others."

"My wife and I have passed on may visits to Krakow and stayed a few nights for our Christmas visit. Vienna House is a grea, modern hotel situated beside the main station and Galeria Krakowska with all transport stops directly outside, an ideal location! Krakow stare Miasto is only a 10 minute walk away. There is everything you need within walking distance. The rooms are very well equipped and cosy with everything you need including a fantastic shower. The restaurant has a great selection and staff are friendly. Highly recommended!"
