"Very nice stay and staff. One of our tours was moved up from an 8 am departure to a 6 am departure, an hour before the breakfast buffet would open. The hotel was nice enough to pack two huge breakfast bags for us and have them at the front desk by 6. The hotel is located midway between Old Town and the Old Jewish Quarter, making it convenient for travelers who want to spend time in both."

"In a strange part of town just over the bridge to Kazimierez. Hotel was decent, staff was cold at best, somewhat rude at worst. The opposite of my usual experience in Krakow."

"Staff were very helpful and knowledgable, location excellent, very central. The room was spacious and clean however the bed was quite hard and the pillows weren’t comfortable."
