Foods in the buffer and Italian restaurant were great, of course good stuffs don't come cheap. The location is good, as it was intended for outdoor activities. "I'm sorry to say that this experience was not at all what we expected. The lobby is beautiful, however the rooms show signs of significant deterioration (water damage). The bathrooms are old and use water from the hotspring - though commendable from an eco perspective this means smelly showers (sulfur) which is an unpleasant experience. The staff were very kind, however training needs improvement as the service was disjointed and awkward. Last but not least our "balcony" room overlooked the roadway and several dilapidated buildings used for staff parking. I can deeply appreciate the historical significance of the location, however the facilities are not worth the price and require significant investment to bring them up to standard. "
