部屋の清潔感などには問題ありませんでしたが、トイレの水を流すと、タンク内でピタピタ音が永遠に鳴り続けるハズレ部屋で、一晩中ほぼ眠れませんでした。 外出先から戻ったのが深夜だったこともあり、部屋の交換は申し出ませんでしたが、その日は満室で友人も部屋が取れなかったので、どのみち交換は望めなかったと思います。チェックアウトの時に、フロントの方に事情だけ伝え、点検してみてくださいと話しました。すみませんでしたと謝られましたが、ちょっと釈然としたしませんでした。

予約時に喫煙のお部屋しか空いてなくて仕方なく予約しました。別件もありホテルに電話した時に「もし当日禁煙のお部屋空いてたら変更お願いします」と伝えていたら、到着と共に「禁煙のお部屋空いたので変更しますね」と手続き変更してくださいました。とても親切で有り難かったです。またそちらに行った時は利用しようと思います。ありがとうございました。
