"Great location to experience mt Fuji in a relaxed atmosphere. We stayed in the Japanese style family room which was very spacious with beautiful lake views. Both outdoor hot springs were really lovely, one with a view to Mount Fuji. Breakfast was excellent with breathtaking view of mt Fuji. The staff were very helpful. Some parts of the common areas in the hotel definitely need refreshing. But overall highly recommended. "

"Family of four stayed a regular room with very comfortable floor mats. Everything from the staff to the cleanliness and attention to detail was amazing. We really enjoyed the onsen experience including the provided yakats. Easy walk from the train station or a very inexpensive cab. We opted for the half board and that was amazing 7 course Japanese mess worth every yen! We were sad to leave."
