A beautiful Historic property. Staff was nice and helpful. Especially, we like to thank Yu for her help at the front desk. She gave me a lot of help. There's a bus stop 2 minutes away from the hotel. The Hotel is simply amazing Historic and Pristine And other than an issue with the Server at the French/Main Dining Room everything else was fantastic Staff was extremely fine and you have to watch the Video of the 2018-2020 Gut Restoration to truly see what went into the Hotel. Excellent service. I forgot my bag on the train, and when I arrived, they immediately picked up the phone, handled the situation, and arranged for us to get the bag back the very next day. I’ve never experienced service like this before — truly fantastic. Dinner was wonderful as well: beautifully prepared, cozy, and served with great attention to detail. The garden view was stunning, and being able to take an evening stroll there after dinner felt very luxurious — a truly classic Japanese experience. The hotel itself was a big positive surprise. Everyone was incredibly friendly and service-minded. Absolutely a 10/10 experience.

Amazing Japanese hospitality experience I ever had. I have been to many different hotels in Japan and this is one of the best hotel I ever had. The Japanese Traditional Breakfast was outstanding as well. We will definitely come back again for special occasions. Thank you very much!
