"The check in was a bit not too smooth. After pressing the pass code, the front still not open (after 5 pm). Lucky a European man (guest) open the door for us and even show us how to get to our room. The room was big and cozy, the kitchen was well equip. Overall, I love this apartment as it is so near to Lordi Square and Santa Village. We took Uber (€19) for 3 person and it only 15 min ride. "

We had a 10 day stay in Levi and it had got to day 8 without seeing the lights. We had just began to give up on the prospect of seeing them and thought we might as well go out for the second to last night. And there it was in all its glory. "Junior suite was an excellent size for 4. A little dated, but no complaints. Excellent in-room amenities. Lots of storage space. Breakfast good. Pool complex fantastic - although water a little chilly! Great location, easy to park car (extra charge). Staff friendly and helpful. Would return and would recommend. "

"We had a really nice stay at the Hotell Fjallet, my wife had injured her ankle, so we got a room at the ground floor, very helpful staff. We had a nice dinner in the restaurant, we could see the northern lights outside from our room, and there was a fast charger for EVs next to the hotel, ideal to pop up the car for our trip to Norway the next day. "

"Although we stayed for just one night, and did it have time to enjoy any of the amenities on site, it was a clean room, the ladies at the front desk were very helpful with our questions, the hotel is in a great location and we got to also enjoy the Hullu Poro Bistro. Breakfast on our way out was delicious…so many options!"

"Absolutely place do NOT stay. In the luxury room we can’t sleep because the bed are so hard and discomfortable. Have no shampoo, the half of light doesn’t work and we order food from the restaurante and they send to us all wrong the hotel didn’t asked us to pay for this food mistake but this doesn’t matter when you arrived after a long tour in your holiday latter and need to eat a disgusting pizza because of this mistake. We cancelled the others days and we moved to other hotel and this action save our holiday. So much stress we lived here. We don’t recommend "
