Beautiful hotel in an amazing area. The room was fabulous and provided a great view of the surrounding. The restaurant for dinner and breakfast was also great. Would definitely recommend.

I took the junior suite and it had an incredible view with a private sauna. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Overall, the stay was very good. Although there was a lot of variety at breakfast, there is still room for improvement, including the coffee. It is instant and not bean-based. Small details, but overall everything was very good.

Amazing place to stay

The view was awesome, but the staff was better. One of my first experiences in the snow and it was unforgettable. Perfect view of the snowfall from a full window wall. The forest looked like a winter wonderland. Best part i was able view the Borealis lights from my room! No need to venture out. Oh yes, the room was clean and beautiful. Breakfast is included! Do have a couple restaurants down the hill.

Overall I liked this one. Rooms were nicely decorated with big windows towards the mountain, location is very convenient in relation to services at Kilpisjärvi and staff friendly. Beds were comfortable, though my personal preference would be a down pillow + I wouldn't mind a bit higher quality rain shower head... both relatively minor things. Also liked the breakfast in general, though was fairly standard good quality 4-star hotel type. Therefore perhaps specialty coffee options and some additions / finishing touches could elevate the experience a bit further.

No running water on high season

Looks like everybody expect the customers knows that there is water shortage during high season in this hotel. So you should avoid this hotel during eastern and Pilkki time. We stayed in superior extra room in uppstairs, but neither the toilet or shower didn't work during our stay during entire evening. Not a plesant feeling to return to hotel after a ski tour, Had to use the hotel restaurants toilets and bide showers donwnstairs... where the water pressure was enough. The hotel is situated highest in the elevation on the village so the water pressure is not enough. How ever no warnings for that anywhere even tough it seemed no new news for the staff working there. So if you think shared bathroom experience in the hotel for the price >200€ is ok, stay there, Just wondering what would have been happened during fire alarm. Also the maintenance of the parking was horrible, Cars got stuck in slushy snow due to lack on snow rermowal. Sad to see beautiful and potentially good hotel working like hotel you exped to find in third world countries. Ei näin suomi...

Ties monettako kertaa näissä "mökeissä" (jo ennen Santa´s Hotelin omistukseen siirtymistä muutaman kerran) ja on kyllä hintansa väärtti. Suurin valintakriteeri on oma sauna, toinen oma rauha, kolmas on puhtaat lakanat valmiina odottamassa ja neljäs on mahdollisuus kokata itse.
