"Had a 6 person room for our family, we had 6 twin beds so everyone got their own bed but the room was pretty small for 6 people. Breakfast was great as was their welcome lounge. Onsite laundry was a bonus as we got to wash everything before our cruise - did get really busy though so plan carefully."

"Clean room, daily breakfast with a variety of choices, staff was very friendly, I was English speaking and had no trouble communicating. Daily cleaning of the room, free water, ~5 min walk to train/bus stations. Convenient stores directly across the street, open 24 hrs if you're missing anything. This part of town opens later, around 10/11am, so other than the convenient stores, not much else is open. Public transit is so you can get anywhere. Love my visit, highly recommend this hotel. View of the Sky Tree was beautiful."

"+ Staff is friendly and helpful. + On-site washer/dryer is convenient. + On-site Lawson is convenient. + Bed is comfortable (not too firm, not too soft) - Bedroom (at least the corner ones with a queen-sized bed) are cramped. There is barely any clearance when you open the door. - Carpets are dirty; inside the room, hallways, by the elevator. Feels like it hasn't been deep cleaned in years. Going barefoot made my skin crawl. Visible dust. You'll kick up dust. When I'm in the room, I cough. I'm fine outside. - Bathrooms are very small. I'm of average height and weight and yet still struggle in there. The height from floor to ceiling is probably 6 ft. - Elevators take a long time. - Buffet is below average."

"It was what I was expecting it to be. It feels like a five star restaurant except cheap. There are many food options to choose from including the buffet breakfast, the famous APA curry, pizza, and cheap food items in the Lawson in the hotel which is convenient. The room has very comfortable features and everything you need to get ready for the day."

"We had an awesome stay at Hilton Tokyo Bay. We were fortunate to receive a room upgrade, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the overall experience was truly excellent. The staff were incredibly pleasant, helpful, and always willing to assist in any way, which made traveling with our family and young kids much easier. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to the monorail, making trips to and from the parks smooth and stress-free. We especially appreciated the luggage services—having a Yamato Transport counter in the lobby made it simple to ship our bags to our next destination. There’s also a Lawson in the lobby, which was incredibly convenient for grabbing snacks, drinks, or anything we needed before heading to the parks or back to our room. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would definitely stay here again on our next visit."
