Excellent location near Asakusa shrines, kombinis and plenty of restaurants and bars.
Easy to get to from the airport and has two diffferent train lines/stations close by.
Asakusa is one of my favourite districts in Tokyo, and I always choose to stay at Richmond Hotel Premier Asakusa on my trip; however, I stayed at Richmond Hotel Asakusa for the fist time since the Premier one was fully booked. I have to say Richmond Hotel Group really is a great hotel chain. I just love the room, the bed and amenities and the facilities are well maintained; although the hotel is about 8-10 minutes away from the subway station, it isn't a problem since it's close to a lot of tourist attractions and shops. Not all of the staff members speak English fluently but they are friendly and willing to help.
Great view and quite central for a few nights stay. Would be better staying here at the weekends to get the most out of Asakusa’s night life.
Room was cosy and cool enough to have a good nights sleep and we loved the corner room view!
Great location. Clean and large room. The breakfast was a great bonus. Asakusa is smaller and well connected - we enjoyed exploring the more relaxed and less busy streets to end our trip.
Breakfast was great during time stay in hotels and room very clean, staff were friendly and areas very good for shop around and easy find foods for dinners
Location was great. Close to attractions, convenient stores and viral must eat food in Tokyo or Asakusa. We took the airport limousine bus from the hotel and vice versa and this hotel was only 2 blocks away from the bus stop. We didn’t have to worry about carrying our luggages at the train stations. Main train line (ginza line) that will take you to other known districts in Tokyo is 12 mins walk away from the hotel. I would stay here again.
We checked in at 8am and the staff was super friendly. He said we wouldn't be able to check in fully until 2pm, however we were able to leave our bags at the hotel to start exploring. At the time we got back our keys were ready and luggage was already in the room.
Location is great it is easily walkable and lots to do in the area
