"Property was serene and peaceful. Rooms were comfortable and really enjoyed our private onsen. Breakfast and dinner were both remarkable."

My only regret is that I didn't stay for 2 nights as the property is lovely and surrounding area has plenty to see and so with lovely shops."

"This hotel was located very close to Chinatown and the train station. It was a short walk to many attractions. I just wish there was laundry service on site."

"Hotel itself is excellent. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Rooms are huge and beds are comfy. In room onsen is barely large enough for 2, but still a nice feature. Public spa area was great when we were there. Had the place to ourselves at 7am. Might be less pleasant when busier. Only downside really was that we were only there for one night and it was heaving with rain. As a result, didn’t really do any of the things we planned. One note, and this is mentioned on the website, there is...

"Everything was great. Great trip"

"A little disappointed with our stay, the staff were lovely we went to the lakeside grill after booking a table, for a buffet it was expensive and the food was subpar and not as advertised on the video signs. As the weather wasn’t favourable we decided to leave early and didn’t even stay for breakfast. There is a lot of potential for improvement it needs reinvestment and an update it’s in a wonderful place but needs to match that with amenities."
