"From the black mould around my sink in my room, to a restaurant patio covered with 7 or 8 dirty tables and no other patrons around for over an hour, to them lying in their Expedia listing saying they offer an area shuttle and a FREE airport shuttle - this place was horrible to stay at and I never will again. I was warned not to go here and instead to Swiss Bell or something, and I should have listened.
For the shuttle, I’d understand if it was just out of service that day or something - but...

"This hotel surpassed our expectations. First up, it costs half of some of the other competitors in the area but is absolute excellence. The building and rooms feel spotless and clean. But more importantly the staff was beyond exceptional.
