They really know how to treat a guest istay here every time i come here in the grand suite. Wont stay anywhere else unless they are fully booked.

A little isolated from the centre of Palu but by the water. I spent one night in the Villa section and two nights in the hotel section. There was a problem with the cooling unit which was mostly fixed in a short time. The staff were friendly and competent. Food was good and it was much as I remembered it from a previous stay. The beds were comfortable. I had stayed before and I would stay there again.

I ever stayed here for more than a month for some business. Breafast and dinner are very great. Also this hotel have an excellent sea view, it was good for photos and time-lapse. Locals often come to organize activity such as wedding, party and so on. Waiter and waitress are very friendly. It's the bese hotel in Palu. Thank you for your serving!

A good business hotel

A good business hotel.....Just a little bit out of town but still easily accessible. Views to die for over the bay. Lovely swimming pool to relaxing at the end of a busy day! Breakfast is good both western and local. Restaurant is ok ....But nothing special. Wifi inconsistent and frustrating when needing to progress emails. Overall very comfortable and clean with welcoming staff. Good value overall.

Kunjungan reuni dan sekaligus bulan madu ke 2.....

Amazing.......... Baru kali ini saya menginap di hotel di atas laut.....dan deburan ombak benar2 dekat kaca jendela kamar, pemandangan nya menghadap ke teluk Palu secara langsung. Sarapannya luar biasa........, suatu saat harus kembali kesana lagi.

Best hotel in Palu

After 3 weeks of staying at guesthouses and cheap accommodations in Indonesia, I was ready to stay at a real hotel. The Swiss Belhotel is definitely the nicest hotel in Palu and up to par with international standards. I don't think it is exactly 4 star as advertised, but it is close. Service was quite good and the facilities at the hotel were nice. I had dinner at the grilled fish restaurant which was a bit pricey for Indonesian standards, but the fish was the best I had during my trip. The Swiss Belhotel was a good place to stay at the end of my trip.
