"Reception Joshua, housekeeper shoyan and security viknish are very friendly and helped my elderly mother so readily. Service is superb in this hotel and location is ideal, convenient to anywhere you want to go in Georgetown."

"There is no airport shuttle at the hotel, breakfast at KLCC is bad. Shangri-la golden sand is a lots of children very noisy and musilum prayer very loud early 5 am and thru out the day."

"The hotel rooms are big. Although it's not in the latest decorations, the room and bathroom are clean and functional, bed was comfortable with clean linen, meets our needs. The location is excellent. The New Land hawker stalls are literally on the doorstep, we were able to take away the food and enjoy them in the comfort of the airconed hotel room. Many attractions in Georgetown are within walking distance. We will stay at Sunway if we visit Penang again."
