"Had a wonderful stay. The spa was amazing but be sure to make a reservation in order to use the space. Parking for the hotel is along the city streets and must be paid for via an app between the hours of 9 am and 9 pm. The front desk staff assisted us with setting up the app upon our arrival. The hotel is located within walking distance of the Old Harbor area which hosts a variety of restaurants, bars, and tour meeting places. Finally, while the breakfast buffet was adequate, there were other options close by to choose from."

"Room was fair. The window was single pain and the rubbish from local places was emptied at 6-30 - 7:00am so I was woke up every morning. Clean room, I think this was in the older part of the hotel, the website leads you to believe it's all refurbished. "

"The hotel is dated and no amenities. The view was fine, close to shops. Tour pick up is in front of the hotel. Breakfast was the same everyday. Staff are very nice."

"Proactive and friendly front desk staff. I commented that the initial room I was allocated felt a little small. The staff immediately changed our room to a more comfortable one. What was most impressive was the proactively and responsiveness of the hotel staff. Incredible service!"

"Great walking location, plentiful hot and cold breakfast, comfortable beds and bedding, rooftop lounge has perfect view of the sea. No supper is served in the lounge - drinks and small snacks are available. Front desk staff so helpful and friendly."
