The SPA & The POOL The Starbucks next door. We were ASTONISHED by all the beauty of the hotel (better than Central Park’s NY hotels). The videos & website’s hotel cannot capture the magnificent views, the superb hospitality all the staff who provided a royal treatment in a sophisticated atmosphere! "The location is very convenient, as you are close to all the shops and restaurants. In the hotel itself, you can see lots of mould in the shower. The coffee maker wouldn't work, I asked the cleaning supervisor for another machine and she said it would be done in 5 minutes, two hours later I asked the front desk and they assured me that it would be done, the next morning I realized that nothing has been done, I called the front desk again and they sent a staff to fix it which he couldn't, after sometime he brought another coffee machine which had the same problem, and finally they ordered me a coffee from the bar. When I was leaving, the manager approached me to apologize and explain the difficulties the hotel is going through and when I checked out she had a small gift for the inconvenience I experienced."

"Love the location nice and easy to get around. Hotel is clean. Staff are helpful, we had some issues with our shower and they fixed it as soon as we notified them. Very relaxed and chilled vibe. Gym and spa nice too "

"Room 1804 ​I had a mixed experience during my recent stay at the CVK Park Bosphorus Hotel Istanbul. There were several highlights, but one persistent issue significantly impacted the stay. ​The Highlights ​Outstanding Service: The staff were truly wonderful. From the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. ​Prime Location: You really cannot beat the location. It is central, convenient, and makes exploring Istanbul very easy. ​The Downside ​Unfortunately, we encountered a frustrating issue with the drainage in our bathtub. After every shower, the water simply would not drain, leaving us standing in pooled water. ​While we brought this to the staff's attention early on, the problem was never resolved. Despite the issue being reported, it continued throughout the entirety of our stay. For a hotel of this caliber, I expected a much quicker resolution to a basic maintenance matter."
