Our family enjoyed this hotel very much. We booked for 6 nights. We we really liked was great location and wonderful staff like Feride who was so nice to our family. The hotel also has nice swimming pool, sauna, steam room and hammam. Walking distance to Taksim Square, transport link and main shopping street. Breakfast can be improved. The room was clean; however, the carpets needed a deep cleaning, as there were visible wine and coffee stains. Also, although our floor was supposed to be non-smoking, there was still a noticeable smell of smoke, even in the room. The breakfast had a good variety, and the staff were nice and helpful.

It was a really lovely stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Aziz who felt like a family member more than a staff member. Thanks also to Elif and Meryem at reception, the lovely lady supervisor who checked in every morning at breakfast to check if we had any comments or were enjoying our stay and the helpful house keeping staff. The breakfast buffet was varied and fresh, the hotel was clean and very well located, a few minutes walk feom Taksim Square and the metro station, as well as having a lot of other public transport connections and a variety of buses to catch. The hotel was located within a few roads that had limited car traffic and were surrounded by security and police at all hours so it felt safe even when walking home at midnight. Would definitely come back.

Most of the staff’s hospitality, especially at the front desk and in the breakfast hall (restaurant), did not match the hotel's elegance and standards. A simple smile would have made a big difference. That said, the lady, Hengame, and the SPA staff were easily approachable and provided excellent service.
