"I love the two room bedroom and the complimentary prosecco. I also loved the style of the room! We were not aware that the club aka pool resort was further down the street. At first I thought we had to walk since our cars had to be parked ($20). We were then told we can be shuttled. Its was so hot! We were happy. The shuttle also took us to a restaurant for dinner. All staff was friendly. There is a resort fee that I wasn’t aware of. Thought the resort was part of my room fee. I wasn’t aware...

"Nothing unique about this particular location. I asked for a couple of beach towels at the front desk and was told thy didn’t have any there to go get them at the pool area. 😕"

"Check-in was the best I’ve ever had, the gentleman that checked us in was super helpful and ever so informative. He explained everything and left nothing to think about. Captiva Room was so nice, very clean and head everything we could ask for. Property was well maintained and had so many activities and all was included. Ate dinner at Rae’s restaurant which was delicious. Great way to celebrate my wife’s birthday."
