From start to finish.. WOW. I felt super spoiled! When you arrive, you're greeted by super kind and professional front desk. (Being greet with complimentary champagne/water, what!) The room was super clean, super spacious and what a view! The room service was super quick and attentive. They shuttle you to the resorts pool that has a beautiful water fall. Naples Bay Resort was a very nice place with a great location and fabulous restaurants. Convenient to 5th Avenue we enjoyed a 15 minute walk to get there or they offer complimentary shuttle to the town and also supply beach items and a shuttle. The pool and workout facility is 1st class along with the entire staff. We will definitely stay there again.
