"Everything about this resort was excellent from check-in, the rooms, the property, the pools, and all the fun things to do throughout the day. The staff is super friendly and always walking around smiling and interacting with everybody. "

"The pool was fine, but unfortunately the rest of the stay was very disappointing. The room was dirty, and it appeared that the bedsheets had not been changed. The fridge was also unclean and still contained used bottles from a previous guest. There were several maintenance issues as well, the shower head was broken and sprayed water toward the ceiling, and the phone in the room did not work. The food was particularly concerning. Out of the six guests in our group, four became sick after eating. Additionally, cleanliness throughout the facility was lacking, with spills left dried on the floors for days. Overall, the experience did not meet basic cleanliness or quality standards. Does not align with the Riu standards. "
