"No towels when we came in, I have to ask multiple times and came after 5hours and gave 2 only and we are 2 adults and 2 kids. And there’s falling out decayed wood/dust from the headboard of the bed.Water heater not working properly, it will be super hot and then super cold. "Staff are polite & friendly,offers help.However maintenance took a little time to fix problem in the room.Closet creaking badly-quick oil in brackets maybe?The bigger pillow,unusually big & hard -so uncomfortable.Sad coz it's beautifully located.Kids running in the hallway,guests doors kept open & you hear voices echoing in the hallway @ night.There should at least be rules in place for that.Plated food in the stead of breakfast buffet was horrible.Wishing them luck.All in all I appreciated the staff.❤"
