Good value for your money. Old Albay District is walking distance, other locations in Legazpi are 1 jeepney ride away.

This is the worst hotel in Albay area. Room is very dirty. Traffic outside is very noisy combined with walls that talks. The dividers are very thin and you can hear people from the other rooms. Terrible!!! Also, there’s no toilet seat, shower water is barely working, no flush -you have to flush it with a very moldy ladle that you have to touch. The front desk was no help. We booked for a few days but the minute we enter the room it was a nightmare. We tortured ourself to stay for a night because we couldn’t book any other hotel and we left right in the morning. Please AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!! You’re welcome.

There were no rooms at rhe hotel. The staff did not have my reservation and the rooms I paid for were not available. This is a dump. The hotel is filthy and broken down. There is no parking and you cannot park on that street. The bathroom wr looked at smelt lile someone deficated on the floor. The water was bearly running. Do not book this hotel. It is not worth the trouble.

Die Lage ist optimal!

Der Service war ok, sie waren sehr bemüht es uns so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Leider ließ der Zustand des Hotels zu wünschen übrig. Die Decken waren gelblich und befleckt, die Fenster konnten nicht richtig geschlossen werden weshalb man den Verkehrslärm nicht abschotten konnte und es gab kein WLAN. Für ein paar Tage um die Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besichtigen ist es ok
