"This is a very centrally located hotel that was ideal for visiting Cognac. The room we had was spacious, clean and had a fully accessible bathroom that would be nice if you had mobility issues. There is no parking on site, but there is street parking and a nearby free parking lot. Staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable about the area. "

"Climatisation vétuste d’où le mauvais rendement, une arrivée avec 27C dans la chambre et nous sommes repartis la température était descendue à 23 alors que le Clim a fonctionné non stop durant 2 jrs nous avons demandé à la propriétaire un remboursement qui nous a été formellement refusé. Odeur nauséabonde,dans la chambre Sdb 2 ampoules sur 3 au plafond HS,vmc Hs sans fenêtre.lits Înd. 80x190, pas de moustiquaire du au plan d’eau sur la propriété . Petit déjeuner très moyen et coûteux (19 euros)...
