Great hotel in a. Great town. Nice area. La Terrace restaurant close by I would highly recommend. Really nice room in the hotel. Staff were great.

The hotel was clean and quite comfortable. However, the bathroom had poor ventilation and insufficient coffee was provided. The air conditioning unit had no remote control. In its favour the hotel was in an excellent location and very central.

Good comfortable and well-located

Very well located. Only disappointment was that the hotel car park was full. If the website had made clear that this needed to be booked, I would have done so. As it was I had to lug heavy bags quite a distance with no offer of help. On the plus side, breakfast was excellent

Arrived Sunday afternoon, all lights in reception were off and felt very unwelcoming. No heating in room was very cold. Was told would turn thermostat up but made no difference. Radiators cool, room cold. Unpleasant damp smell in bathroom.

La chambre etait propre et tranquille et les dames a la reception nous avons donne un bon acceuil. Les Messageries est toujours notre hotel de choix quand nous sommes a Saintes en route pour le sud-ouest de la France apres avoir quitte Roscoff. Le petit dejeuner offre des choix varies. Le vieux batiment est a la fois tres interessant et tres beau.

Accueil agréable, séjour confortable, idéal pour visiter Saintes car situé en plein centre près de la cathédrale mais prenez soin de réserver votre place de parking car le nombre de places est limité

Suite au delà de nos attentes. Salle de bain avec bain à remou alors que nous attendions qu’une douche. Petit bémol sur la propreté des joints de carrelage qui m’ont mis mal à l’aise. Ils sont jaunis, il faut se mettre à la place de la personne dans le bain et voir ce qu’elle voit. Malgré cela nous reviendrons mais avec un produit et une éponge.

Bien sauf pour le parking

L'hôtel est bien situé, en plein cœur de la ville. Le prix est honnête. On voit que c'est un vieil hôtel mais ça va . Cependant il n'y a pas d'ascenseur, et si on prend une place au parking, il faut être parti à 11h ! Plutôt embêtant quand on veut visiter la ville...
