"We checked late evening front desk staff was friendly and made sure we understood how to use the parking garage space and to access the hotel from there. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable for a greater night's sleep. Love the Hyatt's breakfast buffet with all our favorites fresh eggs sausage links fruit and oatmeal plus more!"

"I booked this property and paid through Expedia. When I arrived they told me that they overbooked and didn’t have my room. I felt the staff member was less than apologetic. Overall, terrible experience. We had driven 3 hours to get there."

"Every employee was so nice and helpful. Check in was easy and fast. Used the kiosk for checkout , that was even faster and easier. We ate at the little Keller’s Cafe. Adorable and delicious. Thanks for a great experience"

"I travel to Iowa City monthly, and two of my usual hotels have recently closed, so I finally decided to try the Garden Inn. It has always been a little more expensive, but this was a celebration weekend, so we went for it. Overall, we had a good time. The parking garage was being renovated, and I still had to pay $15 to park in a farther garage across the street. Not a huge deal, but a helpful heads-up for other travelers. The elevators were very slow, but the view from the 9th floor was beautiful. The staff was extremely nice, the housekeepers were so friendly, and the little lobby store had lots of treats for my boys. I also loved that they had a hot tub. A little overpriced in my opinion, but still a nice hotel for a treat every now and then."
