"The weather was cold and we had no heat in the room. Maintenance came down and was very nice but couldn’t get heat to work. I had to ask for a different room instead of being offered a different room. Other than that my stay was nice."

Only mixed comments were that there were a tremendous amount of older travelers occupying a lot of the space in common areas; bus tours. Also, hot tub jets were either underpowered or not working properly. And, extra $50 fee for a small dog was simple price gouging. However, would most definitely stay here again."
