"Great stay in a great location"

"The place was very dirty and dingy. The towels provided were only hand towels and the shower didn’t have a shower curtain so everything got wet. "

"Hotel was in a great location. Close to all attractions and events. Close to tourist areas and shopping. Lots of restaurants near by. The only thing I didn’t like about this hotel was that it was such an inconvenience for cars to enter and exit the hotel. Staffs were somewhat friendly but lack English. It was hard to communicate with one another even with translators. "

"I booked through Expedia in New Zealand. Arrived in Shanghai at the hotel, there was no reservation made. Expedia have been paid but not booked the hotel. The online support is a contradiction to the word support. I had to rebook at the hotel. The messages left with Expedia AI have not been replied to. Expedia, to most people this is known as a scam. Please be resposible and return the payment I made to you."

"Hele lieve mensen, alleen is dit geen hostel maar een plek waar Chinezen op een kluitje wonen op zoek naar een baan. Niemand spreekt Engels. "Very value for money. It's a short 5 mins walk from the metro which connects directly to the bund (also walkable from the hotel in about 20 mins), yu gardens, xin tian di and much more. There are good restaurants, bars and bakeries around the vicinity as well. The breakfast shop right beside the hotel attracts huge crowds from 10pm onwards.
