This property is not really centrally located. We need to walk about 15 minutes 20 minutes to a market. Luckily, the streets, although very dark but safe in Shanghai. Taxi is cheap in Shanghai.

We boles this property to relax in the steam, sauna and jacuzzi after long days off sightseeing. We were disappointes when we went to use them and all 3 were out of order. Room was clean and tidy. Hotel felt more clinical than other hiteks we stayed in, the staff felt kore corporate and not friendly

I stayed on the 30th floor facing the river and the view as spectacular facing the river bend. It is a beautiful property and well maintained with great service. Staff is polite and attentive. I also received the club level services where i receive complementary breakfast, afternoon snake and lite fare for dinner. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable 6 -day stay.

Concierge lady was not friendly and nor welcoming, but did successfully checked us in. Even after we asked for a room cleanup, we still saw an old towel and some dirt on the floor. Otherwise, view from room was good - had a good view of the bund, though not the Pearl tower.
