The hotel was ell situated close to the railway station. The upgrade to a Matterhorn view room was worth every penny. We had a massive balcony with amazing views. The included breakfast was superb with a large variety of choice. Highly recommended.

From the beginning at check in to the last minutes at Arca, we were impressed. Everything went perfectly and the spa was an incredible experience. The staff were so kind and we were given rooms that were wonderful, spacious and very clean, and the shower was top notch. I couldn't have asked for a better place.

The location was very close to the train station. Breakfast was amazing with everything you could want to eat! The pool was so great after a long day, along with the steamroom and sauna. The staff was courteous, the breakfast was excellent, and the room was comfortable and very satisfying. The view of the golden summit of Mount Matterhorn at sunrise from our room made the entire stay perfect.

Very clean, central, beds comfy, staff helpful, spa has a salt swimming pool dry sauna and steam room, be nice if it stayed open past 9:30 but wasn’t a big deal just be aware. Breakfast was very nice, so much to choose from. Helps save money at the start of the day since Zermatt can be expensive. Take the tram to the top for the brave ones or just up to Furi (First stop)and walk down (14 CH) the rooms are very modern but quaint. We loved our stay. Take a left out of the train station and you are 5 blocks or so away, there is even a Denner on the way to the hotel to pick up wine or snacks
