Property was in excellent condition. Loved the mountain climbing theme . Room was immaculate and quiet at night. Great breakfast buffet with eggs made to order. Highly recommend this hotel.

My wife and I stayed 3 nights. Free shuttle (with minimum 3 nights) to and from train station was convenient. Room was spacious. We also had amazing view of the Matterhorn from our balcony. Breakfast was wonderful with good selection. Using the sauna after a long day of hiking was very nice. The best part was the pleasant staff members who helped with planning for things to do.

The room had an amazing view of the Matterhorn, and the bathroom had a glass ceiling that allowed me to see the stars and part of the mountains while showering. The staff, the breakfast, and the location were great. I will definitely come back here on my next trip to Zermatt.

Cozy hotel close to restaurants and Glacier Express. The rooms are large, the breakfast buffet included has a variety for everyone and all the staff throughout the hotel were knowledgeable and friendly. Would recommend and return.

From start to finish the experience at Basecamp was amazing. Prior to arrival the staff were great at recommending and booking restaurants and snowboard hire. During the stay they were also fantastic, the brekky was great and the mountain view rooms were really well sized to settle in for 5 days. Location was a short walk everywhere and we thoroughly recommend

One on the best boutique hotels I've booked! Beautiful view of the Matterhorn and close to everything in Zermatt. Rooms are individually decorated and each have their own story. Truly unique experience and I would stay here again!
