"Our room was super clean, although small but functional. The staff were helpful when needed. Location was excellent for Shinjuku station, shopping, and eatery places. So glad I chose this hotel for our first Tokyo visit."

"The location was good, near a subway station (1-2min walk) accessible thru staircase (Exit 5). For subway exit 4A near elevator access for luggage, around 5 mins walk. The area was safe, near malls and eating places. But would require several subway stops to go to most areas of interest. The hotel room itself was small but with needed amenities and good sized bathroom. The room was clean. And the connecting rooms were convenient for family. The temperature control was good too.
