"Absolutely exceeded our expectations! We booked a great deal on our room at Entrevalle Hotel, and honestly went in with slightly lower expectations because of the price. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how wonderful everything was. The staff was incredibly responsive and helpful, whether it was arranging the jacuzzi, bringing extra coffees and water to the room, or any little request we had, nothing was ever too much trouble. Their service genuinely made us feel taken care of. The hotel itself is so peaceful and quiet. It’s the perfect place to completely disconnect from everyday life and just chill. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay, and the rooms are actually really nice — comfortable, well-maintained, and modern. The bathrooms in particular are super clean and recently updated, much better than the photos suggest (they should really update those pictures!). We would definitely come back and highly recommend the Entrevalle Hotel if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway. Great value, excellent service, and a truly peaceful atmosphere. "The hotel was almost empty and they gave us the worst location of the room, hidden, in the background, without a nice view, it looked like the cleaning room to the bottom, I called the reception asking that if they could change us to a better room, with better view and location, that it did not matter if it cost us more, but they told us that it was full, and when we went to check out, another reception person told us that we were the only ones, even thought that we were in the best rooms. But when I said no, and we were told it was full, she kept quiet and changed the subject. We did not like our experience there, we had good expectations but they went wrong. "

"The rooms are great and resort overall has a lot to do. All the restaurants offered amazing tasting food and the cocktail drinks are some of the best i have had. Just know that sections of the resort are a bit separated and not next too each other like you would imagine a resort. Also there’s dirt roads which can be a bit rough if you have a sedan. "
