The place was perfect for my goal: walking distance to the Forum. Clean bed, hot water, historical building, high ceillings, different from other places check-in method. This place has a character. Price fair - interior outdated yet serviceable - very clean, only one chair available in room for two persons - double bed set-up against side wall, making fixed bed lighting off set. Loud music carrying up from ground floor 'Gaming Lounge' function room every evening - persistent noise nuisance until midnight first night and then until 2 a.m. the following night - with revellers then brawling into street for a full hour afterwards. Very unpleasant experience. Would not recommend for families as language was offensive and behaviour aggressive.
