"Room is not cleaned every day. Which means no extra cups/ coffee for the next morning. Also we were only given 2 cups, creamers etc although they knew there were 3 people staying in the room. Everything else was very good "

"Liked the room,and shower . Staff from Hotel to restaurant and all in between were amazing, Polite and efficient with customer service. Lodge restaurant off the skyline elevators was not good food. Service was great but food was served raw salmon and raw steak. Not good."

I already thought the rate was overpriced for what you got, but after seeing all the extra fees upon check out, I would have chosen a different hotel for our nightly stay. I don't regret staying here; however, I would not stay here again. "

"Stay was good but disappointed in management. I made a mistake in booking online. Wanted a stay on 4/15 but booked for 4/27. Did not realize until confirmation received. Tried to correct date but was denied by location manager. Had to make a new booking without getting a refund from Hyatt. Very upset. "
