It’s one thing to charge for beverage. It’s another thing to gouge your members and hotel guests. Turn down service used to be normal for a hotel of this class. I was sorry to see that go away."

"We had a room with river view which was great . The breakfast was average . The bathroom was very small and the hand basin was outside which was very inconvenient. No places to hang your towels . The beds were very small . The property needs a revamp . Otherwise very good location . "
