"Parking garage is filthy! Room was clean. Love that they are pet friendly. I booked a lake view room but only got a partial view (paid for a full view) Our sink was clogged so we waited about an hour for our sink to get fixed. "

"Not clean at all my kids got pink eye from sleeping on the couch!!!!! The staff was rude only one nice receptionist there was rude timeshare scammer guys that kept calling and asking personal questions and super rude and hostile!!!!! Outdoor pool was not clean!!!! Looked black at inside from all the bugs! Didn’t go in the spa couldn’t imagine how nasty!!!! We checked out early due to the hostile guy calling my personal number and the hotel room number!!! We were scared for our safety but not only that my daughter’s eye was so red after our stay we went to the emergency room and they had pink eye!!!!! "
