"I ordered a non smoking room on Expedia but apparently got an all access room which means people can smoke. At check in they upgraded me to a non smoking suite for $39.00 and it was beautiful with a view and soaking tub. Loved it!"

"Good location but elevators were an issue, especially during check out. We were waiting 10+ minutes multiple times and we wound up having to lug all of our luggage down 8 flights of stairs. Not sure if we will stay again, there isn't a great place to enter the hotel with your luggage, there are stairs and carpet which made it challenging. "

"Clean room and we had two restroom/shower room. We had a great view of the icy mountains. Looking forward to visit again. "

"AC substandard. TV auto shut off after a few hours. Front desk staff not interested in answering questions. Housekeeping staff very friendly and engaging!"

"Not clean at all my kids got pink eye from sleeping on the couch!!!!! The staff was rude only one nice receptionist there was rude timeshare scammer guys that kept calling and asking personal questions and super rude and hostile!!!!! Outdoor pool was not clean!!!! Looked black at inside from all the bugs! Didn’t go in the spa couldn’t imagine how nasty!!!! We checked out early due to the hostile guy calling my personal number and the hotel room number!!! We were scared for our safety but not only that my daughter’s eye was so red after our stay we went to the emergency room and they had pink eye!!!!! "
