"Restaurant was good for both dinner and breakfast, although service could be better. Room was very nice. The dining only negative was that the staff person in the executive lounge was very rude and tactless. We had our daughter with us who wasn’t staying at hotel as she is local and the staff person very rudely said she couldn’t enter several times so we just left. Very unprofessional."

"Wonderful property near the end of one of Amsterdam Airport's runways - but it is still relatively far enough so not much airport noise can be heard. The hotel has excellent staff who are also very helpful to guests. The quality of customer case is wonderful The sole item is the frequency of the airport shuttle especially as it runs on a schedule. On occasion, the shuttle runs late, but there is no back-up. Since the property is quite considerable distance from the terminal, it would be good to have a back-up shuttle available especially on high traffic days. Otherwise, this is a great property to stay if one has to spend one or several evenings close to the airport."

Corendon Urban Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Hotel

"I booked a stay at the Urban hotel building via Expedia. On arrival, I discovered that the Urban hotel has been turned into a Ukranian refugee centre. After trying to find any member of staff, a helpful Ukranian man directed back to the main Corendon hotel reception. Main reception told me I had made a mistake and sent me over to the Residence hotel next door, where I was able to check-in. The replacement room was excellent, a suite with kitchen and I didn't have to pay any extra - however, be aware that if you have a booking in the Urban hotel that it has probably been moved! If you would feel uncomfortable or vulnerable in this situation, I'd advise you to go to main reception first, and don't go to the Urban hotel building. I did not receive any notification in advance from the hotel or Expedia that my booking had been changed. (correct as of June 2026)."

"Staff were very nice and polite. Gym was good. Hair in the bathtub and carpets really old and worn in the halls and room and toilet didn't flush well. We used the shuttle to and from the hotel and the airport it was very convenient and right on time. It was ok for one night."

"There is a bar and bistro in the lobby along with a Buffet Restaurant. I have never had such a lovely meal as I did at the Buffet Restaurant. The choices were immense and the food was incredible. I would give this hotel a 10/10!"

"We had a group of 3 so the room we booked was perfect. The room was plenty spacious and clean. Wish there was more lighting in the room but there was a mini kitchen space, microwave, fridge and kettle. The heating system worked fine. The shuttle to and from the hotel was great for a layover. (Free to hotel but small fee to return to airport, you buy passes at front desk). There is also a free water machine on first floor to fill up your water bottles. We did not purchase breakfast so cannot speak on it. We had an early flight and decided to eat at airport. Good choice for layover"
