My experience was accentuated by the kind and cheerful staff there, I spoke to 3 of the lobby people during my stay. "The front desk staff was very helpful during the check in process and changing of rooms. To no fault of theirs, we had to change rooms and I ended up in an hypoallergenic room which was perfect for me. Room was clean and had the most wonderful view. Room service was great."
